Data used by the studio

We store account information, sessions, prompts, uploaded and generated images, conversations, credit records, orders and support tickets. Passwords are hashed. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers.

Image processing

Prompts, references and relevant earlier turns are sent to OpenLux and its model providers to generate or edit images. Images are stored in Cloudflare R2, and account and task records in Cloudflare D1. Images require your signed-in account to view. Do not upload sensitive information you do not want these providers to process.

Cookies and retention

Essential cookies maintain your session, language and theme. Images and conversations remain available until an administrator removes them following a support request. Financial records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling. Temporary operational logs help diagnose errors.

Your requests

Update your profile in account settings. For account or image deletion, data access and privacy questions, open a support ticket from Settings. Deletion requests are handled through support; there is no automatic account deletion button.

Service analytics

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and/or Plausible measure page visits and service events such as signup, generation completion, downloads and checkout. Purchase events use server-confirmed order identifiers, currency and amounts. Custom events do not include your email, prompts, reference images or generated images. Browser storage helps avoid counting the same completed task or purchase twice. Your personal library is not published in our public examples.
